Visible Roofers, a service of Outbound Ops Agency LLC (“we”), operates visibleroofers.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection deliberately minimal: there are no outside ad or tracking companies and no cookies that follow you around other websites.
What we collect
- The audit form you submit — only the fields you enter (e.g. name, email, phone, city, business details) and only when you submit them. You choose what to share, and it only comes to us.
- Basic info about your visit — which page you visited, what site sent you here, and which ad or link you clicked to get here, and we note when a part of the page has been on your screen long enough that you probably read it. These use a temporary tag your browser forgets when you leave, not a cookie, and are not shared with anybody else.
What we do NOT do
- No outside ad or tracking companies. No cookies that follow you around other websites.
- We do not sell or share your personal information.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, to understand which pages are useful, and to improve the site. We operate in the United States. We rely on your consent (the form you choose to submit) and because it's a normal part of running and improving the site (the basic visit info). We do not sell or share your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep the form you sent while we are actively working with you as a prospect or client, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it or strip out anything that identifies you. The basic visit info is either lumped into anonymous totals or deleted within 12 months.
Your choices & rights
- Analytics. The basic visit info is small, uses no cookies, and stays with us only. Where a consent banner is shown, declining stops those events.
- Access, deletion, correction. You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you and to delete or correct it. If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what we collect and to tell us not to allow any sale or sharing — and as stated, we do not sell or share your personal information to target you with ads based on what you do across other websites. To exercise any right, email privacy@visibleroofers.com; we respond within 30 days.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Fly.io (application hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), DataForSEO (search-data), and DocuSign (e-signature for agreements). Web fonts are stored on this domain, so loading the site makes no font request to anybody else.
